Important Note on Badges: Exhibitor-level badges allow access ONLY to the Expo Hall. Exhibitors wanting access to sessions and programming can purchase up to 4 Standard badges at 30% off current prices. Exhibitors with a 6' table or a 10' x 10' booth can purchase up to two additional Exhibitor badges, for a maximum of 4 total badges. Exhibitors with a 10' x 20' booth can purchase up to four additional Exhibitor badges, for a maximum of 8 total badges. Full names and emails for each Exhibitor badge MUST be provided 30 days prior to the event.

Bag Insert
Include your material in the tote bags handed out to each attendee at registration. This can be an informative handout or branded item. Pre-approval of the item or handout is required and the Sponsor is responsible for the shipping and production of the inserts.
